Medical Director Dawn Brown, FNP, and Carma Douglas, AGNP provide medical services and ongoing medical management for residents who enroll in United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Program at ElderHealth & Living Memory Village. Our Nurse Practitioners work with primary care providers to help manage the residents’ memory loss diseases and general health needs. We have access to the PeaceHealth and Oregon Medical Group electronic medical records and we share our medical records with each, or your PCP.

ElderHealth & Living Memory Village has nurses available 24/7 to assist in the care of each of our residents and ongoing nursing education for all of our staff.
