Spring Has Sprung on the EHL Campus

Flagpole remodel

There’s no rest for the weary on the EHL campus. Now that the weather has warmed up, our special projects team is out in full force, beautifying our campus. Around the flagpole area, a new bench, stamped concrete, and new landscaping transformed the area into a walkway and a destination. Residents and staff now have a spot to sit, soak up the sun’s warm rays, and admire the newly planted grasses, azaleas, and flowering bulbs.

Flagpole planter

Our Special Projects team built the flagpole planter from recycled fence boards.

Even more improvements are in the works! All the homes will get NEW patio furniture, and The Birch Home remodel is almost complete. The kitchen was gutted and equipped with new cabinets, new eco-friendly floors were installed throughout, and new modular closets were built on-site and installed in each room. The Redwood Home is next!

Thanks to our recreation department, all homes will be sure to have edibles and flowers. Each week, residents can get their hands dirty planting, maintaining, and harvesting the plants during Garden Club.

Thanks to all our staff and community business partners for helping us keep the EHL campus green and beautiful!
