A variety of local, seasonal fruits and vegetables are offered during mealtimes.

Monday

Breakfast: Pancakes, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit
Lunch: Savory pork loin, baked potato, and caramelized brussel sprouts
Dinner: Chicken noodle soup and 1/2 egg salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato & cucumber slice

Tuesday

Breakfast: Egg of choice, biscuits with sausage gravy, and orange wedges
Lunch: 5 cheese lasagna, tossed salad, and garlic bread
Dinner: Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato & cheese, potato salad, and fresh fruit

Wednesday

Breakfast: Eggs of choice, hash brown potatoes, and fresh fruit
Lunch: Meatloaf, baked potato, peas, carrots & mushrooms, and whole wheat roll
Dinner: Tuna noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, and fruit cup

Thursday

Breakfast: Denver scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and toast
Lunch: Sweet & Sour Chicken, brown rice, and fresh vegetables
Dinner: Chef’s salad, fresh fruit, and a breadstick

Friday

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat, bacon, fresh fruit, and yogurt
Lunch: Beef Tips Portobello with mushroom gravy, egg noodles, steamed broccoli, and whole wheat roll
Dinner: Chicken a la King with pasta, and tossed salad

Saturday

Breakfast: Cereal of choice, English muffin, and cottage cheese with fresh fruit
Lunch: BBQ chicken, steamed carrots, and baked beans
Dinner: Baked potato chowder and ham & cheese sandwich

Sunday

Breakfast: Oatmeal, apple slices, and toast with peanut butter
Lunch: Shrimp fettuccine alfredo and steamed carrots & cauliflower
Dinner:Vegetable beef with barley soup, tossed salad, and a biscuit

Each resident’s diet preferences and restrictions are incorporated into their individual meal plans. Healthy snacks are offered three times daily.
