Ronda Perkins, Adminstrator, Chief Operations Officer

Ronda has over 16 years of experience in the field of memory care and mental health. She has extensive background in executive oversight and administration of Residential Care Facilities in multiple states.

Ronda began working on the original campus as a resident caregiver in 1991, quickly moving into the role of Resident Manager.

After seven years of working directly in the homes with residents, she went on to be the campus Administrator, leading the team through deficiency free surveys, minimal turnover of caregivers and sound facility management.

Over the next few years, Ronda worked to develop Quality Assurance and training programs, eventually becoming the Vice President of Operations for the western region.
