CAREER PROFILES

Nursing

Shifts: Days, Swing & Weekends
Overview:
The nursing team consists of Geriatric, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Medical Office staff. The nursing team works directly with the caregiver team, local practitioners and families to manage the medical care of our residents. In addition, the nursing team provides training to our staff, conducts quality assurance audits, and works with each caregiver team to provide the best care possible.

Resident Coordinator

Shifts: Days M – F
Overview:
The Resident Coordinator works in a home environment and is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day care of residents within his or her home, supervision and training of staff, coordination of housekeeping, meals and activities in the home.

Direct Care Staff

Shifts: Day, Swing, Night and Weekends
Overview:
The Direct Care staff work in a home environment for older adults suffering from a memory loss disease. They work as part of a team to provide personal care services to the residents in accordance with their personal service plan. In addition, Direct Care staff pass medications, cook meals, do housekeeping chores, participate in activities, and provide assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, showers, and toileting. Direct Care staff serve as the PIC (person in charge) when the Resident Coordinator is out of the home.

Assistant Care & Recreation Support Staff

Shifts: Swing & Weekends
Overview:
The Assistant Care staff work in a home environment for older adults affected by memory loss disease. The Assistant Care staff work as part of a team to provide personal care services to the residents in accordance with their personal service plan. In addition, the Assistant Care staff pass medications, cook meals, do housekeeping chores, participate in activities, and provide assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, showers, and toileting.

Recreation Staff

Shifts: Day & Weekends
Overview:
Recreation staff facilitate various activities such as social events, singing and musical activities, dancing, walks, reminiscing, crafts, baking, sewing, gardening, exercise, and other recreational activities. In addition, Recreation staff accompany residents on outings off site and assists Direct Care staff in providing resident care as needed.

Administrative Staff

Shifts: Days M – F
Overview:
The administrative staff work in an office environment and are responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the company. Our current administrative positions include: Accounting, Family Services, Human Resources, Reception, Marking, and Information Technology.

Maintenance Staff

Shifts: Days M – F
Job Overview:
The maintenance staff are responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the campus including: remodeling, preventive maintenance, painting, janitorial, and grounds keeping.
