ElderHealth & Living is “Deficiency Free”!

Every two years, ElderHealth & Living has the pleasure of a two-day visit with our partners from the State of Oregon Department of Human Services, Client Care Monitoring Unit. The reason for this visit is to survey our facility and make sure we are providing the best care to our residents in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules governing Residential Care/Memory Care Communities. We are proud to announce that we have had, yet again, a glowing survey!

While the surveyors are here on campus, they take the time to talk to families, staff and professionals who might work closely with our community. The surveyors thoroughly inspect everything from the outside (doors to roofs) to the inside (resident care, health & medication management, cleanliness, food preparation and sanitation). They are very meticulous and leave no stone unturned. The results, a deficiency free survey, are very exciting and a true testament of our dedicated staff.

We are truly thankful to have the best caregivers, nurses, recreation, maintenance and administrative team who strive to be the best at caring for your loved ones, ensuring they enjoy every moment of life here with us. It feels great to know we are one of the best memory care communities in Oregon, and we will keep this tradition of excellence moving forward.

Special thanks to the families who choose ElderHealth & Living as their next home and for making us a part of your family.
