The 2013 Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Dear ElderHealth & Living Friends & Families,

It’s that time of year again for the Eugene Walk to End Alzheimer’s, on October 13th! • Please sign up with us in the front office (Columbia Center) OR click here: register online If you do, you DO NOT need to register at the park. • Meet Team EHL & FRIENDS at the Alton Baker rock garden, at 1:30 for a group photo. • 2pm The WALK begins!– Dogs & strollers are welcome. Goals: HAVE FUN and raise lots of $$ for the Alzheimer’s Association

Here is how you can participate in our fund-raising:

PapasPizza All Day September 25th: Papa’s Pizza Fundraiser, 50% of food purchases and 25% of gift certificates purchased will be donated to the Walk. Get a flyer from the front office or download the flier here: Papa’s Pizza EHL Fundraiser.  The fundraiser will be only valid at the Papa’s Pizza on 4011 Main St in Springfield. 2013 Spaghetti FeedOctober 1st: Family Spaghetti Feed in each home from 5:00-6:30pm, dinner will be served from 5-6pm. All family, friends and staff will gather and enjoy an evening together which will raise funds for the WALK. Suggested donations: $7.50 per person/ $25.00 per family (up to 4 people) Please make checks available to Alzheimer’s Association. ←Click the picture and download the flyer   Oregon DucksBeavers

Now through October 8th: Buy a raffle ticket in the front office for your chance to win a Ducks or Beavers fleece blanket $1 each ticket or $5 for 6 tickets.

Now through October 10th: Change for Change fundraiser- Bring in your spare change! You can find a Change for Change box in each home. All homes are in a race to raise the most change, and all proceeds will go to the Alzheimer’s Association.
