Ronda Perkins
Administrator, Chief Operations Officer
Ronda has more than 20 years of experience working memory care and mental health. She has an extensive background in executive oversight and administration of Residential Care Facilities in multiple states.
Ronda began working on the campus as a caregiver in 1991, quickly moving into the role of Resident Coordinator.
After seven years of working directly in the homes with residents, she went on to be the campus Administrator, leading the team through deficiency free surveys, minimal turnover of caregivers, excellent care reputation, and stable fiscal management.
Over the next few years, Ronda worked to develop Quality Assurance and training programs, eventually becoming the Vice President of Operations for the western region. Ronda managed seven care communities in Oregon and California.
In 2004, Ronda was awarded the “Leadership in Community Based Care Award” by the Oregon Health Care Association. She currently serves on the Residential Care Council and sat on the rule writing committees for Residential Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities.
In 2006, Ronda was blessed with the opportunity to create this extraordinary company with business partners Liz and Nancy. Ronda is currently the Chief Operations Officer and Administrator of ElderHealth & Living.
