LPN, Chief Financial Officer
Nancy has more than 25 years of experience in long-term healthcare, including: nursing, program design, administration, and fiscal management, which makes her uniquely suited to oversee the business management on our campus.
She started her career in long-term care back in 1977 when she was in nursing school. After graduating and receiving her license as a Practical Nurse (LPN), she worked as a charge nurse in nursing facilities.
In 1987, Nancy was hired to consult with the original developer of the EHL campus. She worked on the design and operational model of the campus with Liz von Wellsheim to develop the community’s philosophy of care. It was selected in 1992 as one of the top residential care facility program models in the country and was presented at the National Alzheimer’s Association convention in Chicago, IL.
In 1994, Nancy joined Liz’s In-Home Elder Care, Inc. as a business partner, nurse, and consultant to care facilities. She also worked as a Director of Operations for an assisted-living company overseeing facilities throughout the Northwest and returned to the ElderHealth & Living (EHL) campus as Vice President of Operations.
Since joining Liz and Ronda in 2006, Nancy has worked as EHL’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing our accounting, IT, maintenance departments, and remodeling projects.
